ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?
Many of our products are vegan, and those that are not vegan contain beeswax. Each vegan product is labeled as such. All of our products respect animals and are ethically produced.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CRUELTY-FREE?
Yes! Organic With Love (OWL) is a cruelty-free company. We never test on animals, nor do we purchase ingredients that promote animal cruelty.
WHY AREN'T ALL OF YOUR PRODUCTS ORGANIC?
There are certain ingredients that we feel are very important to purchase organic and will always do so. For all of our other ingredients, we decide if using organic is beneficial on a case-by-case basis. Some ingredients are wild-harvested.
WHAT IS THE SHELF-LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
All of our products are best used within one year. We recommend storing your Organic With Love (OWL) items in a cool place free from extreme temperature and humidity changes, and away from direct sunlight.
DO YOU USE PRESERVATIVES IN YOUR PRODUCTS?
Yes, we use only Natural , plant derived and biodegradable preservatives. For anhydrous formulations for eg. Shampoo ,plant based preservative is very effective as a broad-spectrum antimicrobial. and it also comes under ecocert standards.

We proudly handcraft all of our products in Bir (Himachal Pradesh) India
DOES ORGANIC WITH LOVE (OWL) SELL PRODUCTS MADE BY OTHER MAKERS?
Yes. We continuously scout the local area for artisans who make products that compliment our line. Each maker is meticulously researched, including site visits, and must employ the same code of ethics as Organic With Love. That means the products must be made from all natural good-for-you ingredients, sustainable, and cruelty-free.

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return your Organic With Love (OWL) product(s) within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Shipping not included.
