Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Within India )

We usually ship within 3-4 working days of receiving your order, In case if the product is out of stock or if there is any delay, we will notify you by mail.

We usually ship through surface service and it generally get deliver within 6-7 working days post dispatch and in case the total weight of your order is on higher side we will ship by surface mode that will deliver it to you 7-10 workings days post dispatch,However please allow 11-13 days to arrive your order.

PROCESSING REFERS TO HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR US TO MAKE THE PRODUCTS. ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE MADE/FILLED TO ORDER. NOTHING IS MASS PRODUCED LEADING TO SLIGHTLY LONGER PROCESSING.

*Please note that business days for shipping and processing times do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays. Processing time is an "additional" time frame separate to your shipping method of choice.

Replacement Items:

If an item arrives damaged, please let us know within seven days, and I will ship a replacement item to you. Sending photos of a damaged item/package helps me improve any shipping issues and is greatly appreciated.

 If there’s an issue with your order or you are not satisfied, we will happily work with you to find a solution.
